DELIVERIES & RETURNS
We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we'll refund it. For all returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. Return shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Alternatively you can return items back to our store in Ipswich.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us via email.
Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, just return it to us and we will happily refund or replace it.
WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCTS
lease contact email@example.com with your order number and our customer service team will remedy this for you and make sure you receive the correct items.
Lease email firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected.
If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products. Please contact our customer services department who can arrange for your goods to be sent back to us.
